Beta Program Agreement

1. Purpose of the Beta

Reveal Haven, a service operated by Altimix LLC ("we", "us", "our"), is available to the public on the App Store. Separately, we distribute pre-release builds to a small group of testers through Apple's TestFlight, to gather feedback and evaluate performance, usability, and overall experience before those changes reach the released game.

This Beta Agreement governs that pre-release testing program only. It does not apply to the released version of Reveal Haven, which is governed by the Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Beta

Pre-release builds are experimental and unfinished. You acknowledge that:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
• The service may be unavailable at times
• Gameplay progress, data, or content may be reset or lost

You use the beta at your own discretion.

3. No Guarantees

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reveal Haven makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period.

4. Feedback

Feedback is encouraged. By submitting feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant Reveal Haven the right to use them to improve the service without obligation, compensation, or attribution.

5. Data Handling During Beta

During the beta, we may collect anonymous usage analytics and technical diagnostics to test and improve the service; in-game analytics are stored in our own Firebase (Firestore) systems and can be turned off via the in-game "Share Anonymous Analytics" setting, while our website uses Firebase Analytics for aggregate web analytics. If you submit an issue report, you may optionally provide an email address and screenshots, and we may collect device and app version details to help troubleshoot. Beta data may be deleted, reset, or anonymized as features evolve. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Access and Termination

Access to the beta is provided at Reveal Haven's discretion and may be revoked at any time, with or without notice. You may request deletion by contacting us at revealhaven.com/support.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

This Beta Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to Reveal Haven in full. If there is a conflict, this Beta Agreement applies only to pre-release builds distributed through TestFlight.

8. End of the Beta Program

Reveal Haven may end the pre-release testing program at any time, with or without notice. Ending it does not affect your access to the released version of Reveal Haven on the App Store.

9. Governing Law

This Beta Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
