Reveal Haven is a service operated by Altimix LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Reveal Haven, we may collect certain information:

• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the game to help us improve the experience. This includes app interactions and in-game events used to understand gameplay and improve the experience. It also includes device and app data: device model, operating system version, screen resolution, app version, language, and related technical data diagnostics.
• Support Issues: If you submit an issue, we may collect the information you provide such as an optional name, your email address, issue description and optional screenshots, plus technical details needed to troubleshoot.
• Beta Feedback: If you complete the end-of-game survey, we may collect the information you provide in the form.
• Beta Signup Data: If you sign up for the beta program, we collect your name, email address, and any optional notes you provide.

In-app Usage Data is collected anonymously and stored in our own Google Firebase (Firestore) systems — not shared with third-party analytics services — and you can disable it at any time via the in-game "Share Anonymous Analytics" setting. Issues, Beta Feedback, and Beta Signup Data are also stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Our website (revealhaven.com) separately uses Firebase Analytics, a Google service, for aggregate web-traffic analytics. We also use a first-party, randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser — with no name, email, or precise location — to measure aggregate website navigation and trial-scene play (for example, which demo scenes are started and how far players progress); this identifier is kept in our own Firebase (Firestore) systems and is not shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for several purposes:

• To provide and maintain the game.
• To monitor the usage of our game and improve the experience.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• To monitor, detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
• To send you product updates, announcements, and other communications related to Reveal Haven (e.g., launch news, new content, or features). You may opt out of these communications at any time.

4. Data Security

We use Firebase, a Google service, to support app functionality and to operate the service. In-game usage and diagnostic data is stored in our own Firebase (Firestore) systems to help us understand app usage and improve the game; our website separately uses Firebase Analytics for aggregate web analytics. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Communications

By providing your email address through the beta signup, you agree to receive occasional emails from us about Reveal Haven, including product announcements, new content, and related updates. Every such email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by contacting us via revealhaven.com/support. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of personal data associated with support reports by submitting a request at revealhaven.com/support. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
